Dental Hygiene: How to Brush the Teeth Correctly

• Cleaning the teeth inner surface. For this make sweeping movements along the inner surface of upper and lower jaws.
• Cleaning the chewing surfaces of the teeth by back and forth motions.
• Cleaning the contacting surfaces of the teeth. Since they are hard to reach areas for brush, but not for food debris, we shall clean them using interdental brush, floss (dental floss) and irrigator.
