How does pulpitis come out?

Often the pain occurs at night. The pain usually is paroxysmal in nature, different in duration and intensity. If not healing the pulpit in time, there is a probability of periodontitis developing – an inflammatory process in radicular tissues. In this case the bone at the base of the tooth is already affected, enhanced pain when biting on a tooth, probable manifestation of swelling and fever. Causes of diseases and pulp destruction:

Deep carious cavity, to which penetrate bacteria.

Effects of bacteria through a crack in a tooth.

Pulp removal

Infected or damaged tooth pulp must be removed thereby preventing the spread of inflammation in periodontal ligament that connects the tooth to the jaw and thus preserving the tooth. Modern dentistry allows saving a tooth in 80-90% of cases related to dental canals disease and only 10-20% of cases require surgery, including removal.
