Intraoral X-Ray Image

Intraoral X-ray image, or dental image is one of the oral cavity diagnostic methods when a dentist needs to see 1 or 2 teeth. This type of X-ray imaging is an auxiliary method used in certain clinical cases because it does not provide full picture.

Why do you need dental X-ray image

• for diagnostics of individual teeth, teeth groups for the purpose of specifying X-ray indications, X-ray picture  (supplementary to computer-aided tomography, to orthopantomogram).
• children for the purpose of diagnostic s and advisability of treatment.
• for diagnostics of inter-proximal cavities, root caries subgingval caries.
• for control of prosthesis structures fit.
• for control of butts.
• during root treatment (with instrument).
• for control of root canal filling.
• For control of ostheointegration after cystectomy.

It should be understood that high-quality diagnostics includes several types of examination where dental radiogram is one of the necessary components in some cases. However, to make the final diagnosis, dental radiogram may not be enough.
