What is better to put on a tooth — filling or dental crown?

It will depend on the clinical situation. It is possible the restoration of a tooth, as well as the dental crown restoration.

Is the treatment under general anesthesia conducted in your clinic?

Medicated sedation in the form of medication sleep is carried out in our clinic. The treatment occurs under the constant supervision of an anesthesiologist. Advantages: under sedation the breathing and work of the cardiovascular system is carried out independently, without pressure, as in ordinary sleep. The procedure is painless. After stopping the administration of the drug the patient wakes up almost immediately.

Is medication sleep safe? How does the procedure happen?

Yes, it is completely safe, because the latest generation of sedative drugs (administered intravenously) is used as well as modern anesthetic equipment. The treatment occurs under the constant supervision of an anesthesiologist, cardiac monitoring is used, pulse oximetry is performed, measurement of blood pressure and respiratory rate, continuous monitoring of vital body functions is conducted.

Is it possible to correct occlusion using splints in your clinic?

Yes, we carry out the treatment with Invisalign system. Occlusion is corrected with individual transparent removable splints, which are produced in the laboratory ( «Align Technology»), USA.

After the diagnosis the amount of splints, complexity and duration of treatment are determined. Depending on this, the cost of final treatment is set.

Is it possible to set implants in your clinic? What is their cost?

Yes, you can set the implants in our clinic. You need to visit the doctor, where you will have an individual treatment plan and the exact cost of implantation.

What implants do you use?

We use two types of systems: Nobel Replace (Sweden) and BioHorizons (USA).

Implantation system is chosen individually with a doctor.

What is the warranty period for implants?

The warranty period is 2 years from the time of the implant fixing (provided that all the doctor’s recommendations are maintained).

I have implants. Is it safely for me to do an MRI examination?

Yes, it is possible to do examination, but you need to notify the doctor-radiologist beforehand that you have the implants.

The composition of the implant is medical titanium alloy.

I have bracket system (a retainer). Is it safely for me to do an MRI examination?

Yes, it is possible to do examination, but you need to notify the doctor-radiologist beforehand that you have the bracket system (a retainer), because not all MRI devices allow you to do an examination if there is orthodontic appliances.
